About the show...
Computers, IPods, cell phones, televisions and video games. Never before has a generation spent so much time staring at so many electronic screens. About 5 million children are addicted to video games today according to the latest research. Experts say that it's up to parents to help kids balance their screen life with their real life. Watch Screen Addicts and hear these real stories from parents and kids, along with expert advice on parenting approaches to help set boundaries and rules to take control of today's technology and screen time:
    •    The Delanos - Sabina, 16, Ruben, 13, Daniel, 8, and Alinna, 6, -- spend hours every day fighting over the family computer and television screens.
    •    Joshua Kloyda, 19, has been addicted to online pornography since age 12. As he works to overcome his addiction, he says it has changed him - ruining his relationships and friendships.
    •    Daniel Gushue, 22, started playing online poker on his 18th birthday. He ended up with an $18,000 credit card debt two years later -- and is still working to pay down his debt and control his gambling addiction.
